Shipping Information

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders/$25 International

After your payment is verified, it takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2 pm EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 2 pm EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. All international customers are responsible for their countries' duties, taxes, or any import fees levied. International customers please check your import fees before purchasing. Olander Watch is not responsible for any international import fees levied on purchaser.

Warranty

Olander Watches has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for 180 days after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don’t work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all of our domestic orders. Please contact christian@olanderwatch.com to schedule the return. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

For international customers, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive it back and verify it is unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued.
